hello bare legs! 
i miss you! 30 days no see me, miss me?
hahahaha...


so fast 30 days just zoomed past and my confinement period is semi-over! just 10 more days of ginger food but what is ginger food compared to no shower, wearing long pants&sock 24/7 and no fan in the hot singapore climate!

its pure torture i tell you... especially the first two weeks.

i now realised how women lose weight post pregnancy.. sweat, pee and more SWEAT! i sweat like crazy in the first two weeks. dont move also will sweat.. and for the first week, mummy says no shower at all!? uber disgusting lor.. every time i bf her in the first week, my heart goes out to her.. so smelly!

i loss about 11kg in the first week - baby and water weight. =)
after that, i only loss 2kg.. 6kg more to my idea weight.
actually i am not obsessed with losing weight. i am more concern about my bulging tummy... if it can go away before the cny i would be more than happy. why? cus i will have more clothes to wear! i still can hardly fit into my pre-pregnancy pants... =(

the weighing machine has arrived! 

so we weigh her and she is now 4.5kg! YAY! 

did some calculations.... 

dr rhonda says that rosanne should have 150 times of her weight of milk. 
so if she is 4.5 and 150 times of that would be 675ml of milk in 24 hours. 
and if she have 8 feeds per day, she should be drinking about 80-90ml per feed?

but she is having 120ml per feed nowadays and definitely more than 8 times per day... o.O
am i feeding her too much?
