met mm at centrepoint for lunch and we went to the basement to eat at EAT. since she was nice enough to sacrifice her study time to accompany me to shop, i offered to treat her lunch.
she wanted fishball noodles, with chilli and without spring onion. its there and then the bobo-ness started.
i dont know why i just didnt place the order in english. maybe the word "spring onion" is too long. so to A (he takes the orders and prepare the food for the cook, B) i said, '鱼"还"面...' then i got this funny stare and a cracked smile. embarrassed. i took a deep breathe and said again, '鱼圆 meepok 干,不要青葱,要辣椒.' no mistake, good.
then i wanted to order mine and i panicked. suddenly, i forgot how to say minced-pork noodle. luckily, the word came to me just in time and i said, "肉脞面". then the person asked again, '什么面?' '肉脞面.' then, what it seems like the whole kitchen of 4-5 cooks/cashier/preparer/cleaner/washer all shouted laughingly at the same time, '什么面!?"
i got stunned for awhile, because i am shocked by the sudden enthusiasm and i am really puzzled what went wrong. oh, then i realised that they are asking what type of noodle i want for my 肉脞面. i feel so much like an abc who cant understand and speak proper chinese. but its not the end of my torture. i think, they realised my bobo is being carried forward and started to disturb me.
B started to cook mm's noodle and A asked again,
"青葱不要,辣椒要."
"uh."
"then 青菜要不要?"
"uh, 要."
then B said, he accidentally added spring onion to the soup, then i said another bowl of soup dont add the spring onions. nothing funny right. yah. but when i went back to the seat later, BOTH THE SOUP HAVE NO SPRING ONIONS!!!!
being very paiseh, i dont want to stand there and be disturb by them so i went to the counter beside and took the utensils and chilli.
so now, mm's noodles and soup are both done and its my noodle's turn. so A asked,
"肉脞面要青葱吗?"
"要."
"要青菜吗?"
"要."
then B continued to ask,
"青菜要吗?"
"uh, 要."
"醋要吗?"
"uh..."
"肉脞要吗?"
*nods head.
everything that he was adding to my noodles, he asked if i want it.. EVERYTHING. including the noodles. LOL.
when B was waiting for my noodles to cook, he rearrange mm's noodles and soup bowl and accidentally spilling the saucer of chilli. A saw and comment. B quickly apologised and asked, "那这样你明天还会来吗?" LOL.
*shakes head vigorously.
A and B still offered to take my tray back when they are self-service! i am scared for life...... will have phobia going back there to eat. =S
mm still say "你把他们逗得很开心". LOL.. i think is "他们作弄我到很开心" loh. -_-"
luckily, the noodles is still not bad but i forget to take a photo of it - the unforgettable bowl of 肉脞面.

after lunch, we went to look for ET who was working at centrepoint and i got her an apple!
i am nice? no no no.. she is nicer. she taught me about life.work and when i lost my job she went all out to help me though she is just my client. forever grateful.
she is actually nasty? no, you are the nasty one.

after round and round in marks&spencer and robinson still nothing. we then walked to jl since the voucher could also be spent there. anyway the last resort was to buy toiletries at jl since they are having 20% off on them. but still nothing.. the amount does not even reach $30! =(
only take got take photos of toys.
anyway we went back to robinsons and i finally manage to spent the $50! i got toiletries (realised that they were also having 20% discount), cosmetics and a present for princess!! i only paid total of $53 and they are all things that would be used. so proud of myself that i had used the voucher wisely. *gives myself a pet on my shoulder. =)
and i actually used princess' voucher to buy princess a present, can you be smarter than that? LOL.

i tried on a lot of clothes today! finally get to really shop shop shop!! many pieces at dorothy perkins, including one that is suitable for 歌台.
its actually nicer than i imagined.
wear already still able to see the curves.
would have bought it if i had the function to wear it to. =D
love these 2 pieces alot and they are @ S$29 only! but there is only size 6 is left and the not fitting part is the tummy!! =(
this pencil skirt is super nice.
totally love this dress.
though from the front the tummy cant be seen,
but from the sides... its just too obvious. =(
conclusion: i am now more motivated than ever to go exercise. otherwise next time got nice cheap clothes i also cannot buy. =(

my body clock is still stuck! wtf. if i go sleep at normal time, like 11pm, its like taking a nap!? i ll be awake in like 3 hours time and be awake till 6am before i can really fall sleep.
and in the day, i only have appetite for one meal but at night, i cant stop eating. somebody help?

just realised that the time set for my blog is still brisbane's (GMT +10). so the scheduled post started popping out at at 2159 oklahoma's time. =S and if i changed the blog time, time for ALL post will be changed. still haven found a solution for that. so have changed the time for the un-posted schedule posts. the day light saving thingy is confusing me.. =( another random symptom of bobo-ness.

actually, i also dunno what is bobo. pikachu called me that when i lament my yesterday to him yesterday. it probably, might be a typo for dodo. LOL.
