and its finally done!

i love disturbing my little girl.. hehehe.. 

my mother was telling me that her bed is over crowded with her pillows, blankets and toys.

so i stacked everything on her.

like that got a lot of space already right! 

i always secretly hoped that my baby isnt one of those silly babies (like me) who would be "bluff" by those mobiles turning in circles...

... but she is! lol.

look how happy she is! 

every time i wind up her bunny mobile she would give me big smile and stare at her bunnies in awe fascination. when her bunnies stop turning, she would start talking to them.. hahaha..

the magic of two months.

this post is a bit dated. baby 琳 is already 2 months old for quite a few days already.. hehehe..

time flies and she is already two months old. and it seems that there is some magic being 2 months old - she goes to sleep on her own at night!

as usual, we dont train her be anything. i was outside the room on the laptop and her daddy volunteered (YAY!) to coax her to sleep. she was fussy a little. so he put her beside him in our bed and shook her favourite rattle. after awhile,  it was all quiet. i went in to check on them - daddy was already sleeping and she was also falling asleep. since she was not fussing any more, i left her there and went to wash up. by the time i went in again, both are fast asleep!

the past few nights, she has been falling asleep on her own too! and putting her to sleep has been a breeze lately too, day and night. so proud of my little girl. =)


she is also better at car rides already! she used to be able to last only 10-15mins. after that, she would start to cry (very loudly) and want stand and want to be carried and want to be coaxed and want to be entertained and want everything. -_-"

her daddy used to tell her that, if she does not like being in the car, we will take the train/bus the next time. lol..

anyway, she nowadays sits quietly and we did not realised that we were busy chatting instead of coaxing her!


the REAL magic i think about being two months old is how smiley she is now! she is starting to giggle too! its so fun to 'talk' to her cus she would response with her "ah"s and "eh"s.. these actually started at about when she was 8 weeks old.. arent me a blessed mama! =)

oh, and yesterday while we were in the cab on the way to visit 爷爷, she twitched her eyebrows at me. it was so cute so i started laughing. she seems to know and kept on doing it when i look at her.. my cute darling. so precious. =)

its the 16th day of the new year and i have only posted one entry and it was about no milk in the house.. lol... that how busy i am.. =P

there is no post on resolutions or thanksgiving this year.. but that does not mean that i am not thankful for the year i had.

its pretty obvious how smitten i am by her - most of my post nowadays are just about her.. =)

since she is still not used to the D70, i found the old canon s90 and

put that in front of her and tada! she became a pro at seflie. 

my resolution for the year is simple -

count my blessings and be contented.

birthday this year was normal lor..

last saturday, my sweet parents-in-law got me a cake and celebrated it at ansel's first month party. truth to be told, i rather they skip it.. cus i am not his parents and it feels pretty weird like i am stealing his limelight. sorry ansel!

one full month and two birthdays.

i kinda like that we looked like pink team that day. hahaha.

for the first time of my life, my birthday wish was not for myself or even indirectly for myself.. lol...


on sunday, my family went to have nan hua chang fishhead steamboat! if you saw my photos on facebook, this is the second time i ate there this year! i am glad that my love for fish (i still like non-smelly fish ok) is back. =)

did not take much photos of the food cus it was mostly the same dishes i had the first time this year.

on monday, the hubs and me went for a quick dinner.

i am a bit overdressed for a simple dinner at ichiban boshi with a long dress and full face makeup

i seldom go out nowadays so much seize the chance to dress up! hehehe.

after dinner, we skipped desserts and rushed home to see bb 琳.
